Volunteering is a wonderful way to have a positive and encouraging effect on our community.
MWCLL invites anyone who would like to be involved with our program to volunteer.

Required Information to become a Volunteer Manager/Coach - New and Returning
- Completed Volunteer Form (please fill out form completely - new or returning)
- Volunteer Form
with copy of driver's license
- Phone Number (with area code)
- Email Address
- Manager or Assistant Coach
- Son or Daughters Name
- Which division you would like to be considered for - see Divisions Info tab at top of page
- Brief description of why you would like to manage/coach

Additional Requirements for New and Returning Managers/Coaches
- All new or returning managers/coaches will be required to attend a minimum of one Coaching Clinic - provided by MWCLL

- All new or returning managers/coaches are required to provide copy of current Concussion Certificate or complete and pass
FREE online Concussion Training Course

- All new or returning managers/coaches will be required to provide copy of current First Aid/CPR Training certificate, or complete and pass a course - provided by MWCLL

- Attach all required information including; completed volunteer form, copy of current concession certificate, copy of current first aid/CPR card and email to: [email protected]
